They made it offical to call Downtown L.A. the bank's headquarters today. They want to be a major player and that means they can't be considered just a Westside bank.

This is a huge shift from the bank's foundation and culture. The oldtimers are probably sad about this anouncement, but this is what is called "change".

The bank has bigger issues at this time, so this is just window-dressing.
