Could it be that CHS is keeping the cash to show better numbers at end of quarter? Putting the shareholders ahead of employees? I wonder.
Fooling wall st. with not too honest numbers.

Ha, now they are having productivity checks and have to log every motion of the day. Talk about killing productivity and moral with one shot. They have laid off workers while all the non-profits in the area have been hiring, probably a good portion of CHS staff. Employees now come in early and work off the clock, just to keep caught up. Wal-mart culture at CHS. Sucks.
