what happened to this company from last year to this year? the balance sheet, income statement and cash flows are absolutely horrendous. Huge retained deficit. It almost looks like a shell company that sold off its business.I can't see what Cramer is seeing at all.

Can someone explain what happened in a year to make this company's balance sheet cut down so dramatically?
