From what I was reading it seems as if CWBS is setting aside more and more money for loan reserves. I just don't think that they make enough to justify a dividend and be able to cover they're losses in non performing loans. I believe this bank is very conservative. I just don't know if that matters right now in this economy. I would like to see if those loan default rates drops next quarter.
