Get real...$200 per hour equals $416,000 per year...that's without OT pay...before bonus...per Rph...That would cut into profits enough...to make robots a much more cost saving option...Like it or not...retail is a business...where the bottom line rules...Unreasonable pay expectations...would only bullet train automation...most MD's don't even make what you put out there...income in the $130,000 range aint exactly peanuts...

More realistic solutions...to the high pressure working conditions...is for CVS to run with a more reasonable turn around time for Rx fills...budget for more tech help...better utilize off site fill centers...and adjust Rx operating hours to better fit script volume...

This is retail...where profit margins rule....even in a high stress profession...$100/$200 an hour is not realistic...Rph's knew the standard wage...when they got into it...getting overly greedy...insisting on double or triple the current going rate...will make automation more affordable...it would come back to bite you in the long run...
