I didnt see any official news release from CVR to account for this. However it is the end of the month and perhaps one of the Fund investors wanted out. The tiny share float always results in a large move in this stock when there is any imbalance in buy or sell trades . CVR normally reports its 3rd quarter results the second week of November. About the best we can hope for is that they have brought down their expenses in line with revenues to the point that they are not cash flow negative and that our large Cash balance continues to remain in tact.
