Earnings are out - and they look solid. Excluding a one time gain from last year, they are up, which is an accomplishment in this market. They added $150,000 for loan losses, or next to nothing. And they declared a regular div and 5%stock dividend. The current book value is about 12.50, so the valuation looks good to me (as long as they stay out of trouble!).
