I think if you are IBM, and you have a lot of money sitting in cash, you have the same motivation that any entity with a lot of cash has in this environment - it is earnings almost nothing and you want to put it to work earning more than that. So if you can take over a company like CVG for a low price, presumably manage it better (can't do much worse), then the acquisition becomes accretive. That's why I keep thinking IBM, because I think it would compliment what they are doing. On the other hand, there are others - ADP for example. Look, the stock is probably going to head to the mid teens anyway. CVGs greedy management has incentive to sell the company before 2011 when capital gains taxes are sure to go up (and kill the market as well). I expect a big up year next year, even though none of this is real. I also expect CVG to get taken out. That said, if it goes to $18 on fundamentals, I might sell anyway. 18-20x earnings or 1x sales is not a lot of money. But it is a double from here. So I am holding.
