I never said that outsourcing companies can't be attractive acquisition candidates - only that CVG is a very unattractive company. Try to think a little before you post next time. Also, note that the market did not bump CVG up on that acquisitiion news. It still trades at a level roughly 30% below its initial IPO price of 11 years ago.
