Virginias largest commercial bank, Stellar One had a loss of 247 thousand because of owning FannieMae stock. How did Central Virginia come to own nearly 20 million when it is 80 percent smaller than Stellar? The loss is nearly half of total capital of Central. Am I getting this right? It makes no sense and I hope Im wrong.
