Is anyone familiar enough with this stock to know if there are any problems with this company other than the obvious ones--ie. recession, decline in commercial real estate values, overbuilding in the Atlanta market, mostly vacant office tower, dilution from the secondary??? Historically, this company seems to have had a good track record--competent management, strong financials, reasonably conservative approach to building/development-- and would seem to be in a position to buy some properties from less fortunate competitors at bargain prices with the proceeds of the secondary. Any thoughts anybody??
