Indeed. And NAV's strategy to provide customers a 15L engine in 2010? Stockpile CMI engines (which may be prevented by the EPA) OR convince customers to buy a 13L engine.

NAV is going to have to work overtime to get their EGR solution (which uses Credits) ready for 2011... and then do it all over for 2013 (which may not be able to use credits.) Don't listen to what the CEO says... this is a BIG gamble.... can't remember a time in recent memory when a company has put their engineers so far behind the 8-ball to come up with a "miracle."
