Good information. Also CTO has little debt and only 15 full time employees. IMO owning this stock is better than owning gold, as they are not making anymore prime Florida land. With a falling dollar the price of land will appreciate.Daytona Beach is a good place to live. Also the northeast Florida area very seldom get's a strong hurricane. I am thinking to retire in that area, and by owning this stock, at least I will keep ahead of future inflation, with an added bonus of a stable dividend every three months. CTO is a keeper in my IRA account.
