The payout ratio of 107% is on the low side compared to its competitors, at least the last time I did the comparison, a couple months ago. I believe the payouts have ranged from 107% to over 200%.

Payouts on landline telecoms and payouts for other industries is comparing apples and oranges.

The 107% payout is a non-issue. There may be other concerns with CTL, but a 107% payout is definitely not one of them.
