I won't argue. I will buy at first opportunity within next two weeks. And you are correct: this is about both dividend and growth. I think the dividend is safe for another two quarters and a lot of folks (retail investors, small investors) are finally figuring out that the Fed is not going to increase rates for "an extended period," which most talking heads say is at least six months.
