For the past five years the stock price has dropped. East coast unethical sales managers (ops never been an issue) get promoted to Directors, then VPs (I wonder who that could be). Cintas continues to expand, but half heartedly. Managers leave over $$$ issues (most of them leave for rep jobs???) and they wonder what happened. Just a guess here, but I think its a leadership issue. But PARTNERS are the most valuable asset?

I see UNITE posts which are extremely funny, because in a few short years they will be non-existant.

Cintas had such a good op. to be great, but when I looked around there wasn't a single person over 40 running a multi-million dollar op. (Do people retire @ 40???).

Granted Corporate has a few "grey hairs" around, and they are very nice in the lunch room. :)

Am I just crazy...or should I stop playing golf three days a week.

That being said I still miss it.
