I was thinking of buying some shares but I was wondering if you people that hold the stock have to fill out any special tax forms like a limited partnership. The company stated that it kept retained earnings and taxes were paid on behalf of shareholders. I was wondering f you had to do something special.

I am not an accountant but I was just wondering if there is additional paperwork besides declaring diidends and capital gains and loss if shares are sold
