How do they intend to handle competing with WalMart for the casket business? How are they going to handle losing their #1 revenue producer in their rooftops if they do nothing to react to this threat?

I remember an exec back in the day that said he would close the doors before he ever lowered his prices. That play is still in, that exec is still there, and they are still the highest priced rooftop in that area. By upwards of $3600 per funeral.
