Ones that are bewildered as to why the stock took such a huge drop today are forgetting what makes a stock move...
Its not the past that drives movement but the PERCEIVED future.... We have... TGT WMT and AMZN having a DVD price war... thats ONE factor... We have BBY saying the DVDs are going out... the wave of the near future is DOWNLOAD movies... BBI and SNIC are getting the DOWNLOAD movies going... with BBY and they say the launch will be at end of year or beginning of next... month away... So if CSTR has a BUNCH of kiosks and .. the DVDS are not the medium of choice for NEW RELEASES... what are they going to DO with the KIOSKS? SNIC stock shot up HUGE on a day that CSTR dropped... CSTR had great earnings as well as SNIC... tell me... WHY ELSE would the stocks move so strongly in opposite directions? its about VISION.... you need to see whats coming into the horizon... and DVDs are leaving... Rating :
