Dear Eliot Rose & Co.     11-Aug-09 10:53 am
read my lips [ for the upteenth time] :
stop asking that silly question about a cash dividend.
There will be no cash dividend - period.
The management team has looked at this and concluded that
it is best NOT to pay a cash dividend. I think you're aware of this.
Much of their cash is in Europe and will stay there. To bring it back to the U.S. would be silly and irresponsible- the tax rate is around 40/50 %.
It is prudent and best for the company in the long run to buy-back stock at these levels.
Management is doing the right thing .
Short- term is not a way to run a small company.
You have choices . Enriching a few, in the short- term, is not using their
cash resources responsibly.
I will buy more shares down at these levels .
Their strong balance sheet [ like the CEO stated in a previous CC] has won them contracts/ business while their financially weaker competitors have lost business to CSP.
The company has worked very hard to put themselves in great financial shape and pissing money away would be the silliest thing they can do.
This is a small company surviving very well in an awful worldwide economy. If the economy turns quickly south again, and it could. they will be very well positioned. Recession/ depression fears are still on the table.
They expect slower growth , therefore please conserve your cash and continue to buy-back stock at these very attractive levels.
