I was trading in and out but now am just IN and holding. $40 is coming soon according to the chart. My best guess is in 4 or 5 weeks we should hit the $40 mark, or very close to it. Don't pay much mind to the downgrade because we're rising higher on high volume and pulling back on light volume. Technicals matter.
