CRK will almost have to do an equity offering to get additional cash. With losses projected to continue, and the demand for oil and gas decreasing, an equity offering would be logical. They only have about $6 million in cash!

With "earnings" due out Monday after the bell, the stock is clearly overbought, considing the fundamentals.

I'm thinking of going short.
