I am still extremely optimistic about the potential we have with this company. Listening to yesterday's call plus this morning's call makes me continue to believe this is going to be great. I previously estimated that we would get $5 million and was hopefull based on reading too much into an SEC filing that we could have gotten up to $10 million as an up front payment but both proved to be way too optimistic. I was comforted with Paseri talking about the overall deal with Debiopharm that we will see $10-15 million in total from them in the 1st half of 2010.

One of the things that was great to hear in the call is that we are going to receive another 2 milestone payments from DNA of $6 million each if/when they start phase 3 trials for Ovarian canceer and Colorectal cancer and it looks like that could happen next year. They have stated that their cash projections do not include any payments from DNA. If they initiate the phase 3 trials that $12 million will then take us into 2012. It is all good.

Like I have been saying, the true value of this company will be determined based on the DNA trials. We will hopefully get some indication of the Pancreatic study that is due to be completed next month according to clinicaltrials.gov and we will get further updates on cdc101 plus the Debio agreement as time goes on. There will no doubt be volatility in the stock price but this one could be a winner and we could see returns on it like Dendreon in the next 12 months. Right now we are just a bit early to the party but I believe we will be partying hard late 2010 and early 2011.
