For those new to the board, this individual has a long history of making hysterical assertions and predictions which do not come true. Most recently he spent days (yes, days) proclaiming with certainty that the stock market would crash this past Monday (down more than 400+). Rather than being shameful of his foolishness, he latches on to other far fetched assertions. Be warned of those like Mr. Boot who seek to spook the uninformed.
