BEXP is mired in debt. They have never proven they can service that debt and still make a dollar extracting oil with 28 part fractures. The "surprise" loss they announced Friday was not a surprise to me, I had done the math. IMO they are way overleveraged in the Bakken. When oil is 90-110 they might be able to pay down principal and have a decent ROI. Until then they're spittin' on the earth and pissin' in the wind. Cash raise/dilution in process. If you want to crow about the stock appreciation prospects, go back and back and buy it for 1.50. Credo on the other hand is in the play real time and doesn't have to pay anybody back a dime much less $300 million. Go try to find a Nasdaq listed junior E&P with zero debt. You won't find them in the Bakken, you want find them anywhere.
