Stock offerings mean dilution, more cash payout on dividends at what appears to be an unsustainable rate. Doesn't it make more sense to shrink assets than to dilute the stock? It would be kind for management to offer an explanation of how a stock offering increases the wealth of current stockholders, if that is possible.
