14% is beyond harsh...it's punitive. Consider the margin; CPSS lends at 20% and more. All else being equal, i.e., the intervening costs of doing business, that doesn't leave a whole lot left over for profit. That's not factoring in loss reserve set asides...alot of bad paper here. Kinda like living off your credit cards
