For example, our town of over 300K inhabitants lacks sidewalks along the parkways, and in the absence of bike lanes biking is risky - a stark contrast with what you see in Europe, in Finland for example. Also, somone need to cut appetites of healthcare providers and drug companies. That's what Obama's plan is supposed to do.
