After buying a majority position, take a vote to the board, eliminate the high cost of management, and consider a straight sale, or sale lease back of the property in Chicago. Use cash saved to finance the acquisition.
Sell brand, or brand rights to someone courageous enough to including COBRA in their product portfolio.
