who run this company could do is to pay a dividend. Can you imagine how 2.5 cents per qtr would move this stock? But of course mgmt is completely out of touch. They know best; that's why the thing is only nine times earnings when (if they are telling us the truth about the strength of the company) it should be about 15 or a price of at least $4.50 right now. Amazing how stupid American managers really have proven to be isn't it? On the other hand they might be holding the price down intentionally so that they can pick up more themselves. Management interests rarely are the same as those of the stockholders.
