Regardless if the overhaul comes to fruition or not, CNO shareholders should see their investment appreciate significantly over the next few years, especially since CNO has a division that caters specifically to the aging population. An upside earnings surprise of 31% in this economy is, IMO, was only tip of the iceberg and in all probability share price will be in 20's before dilution sets in - or is even overlooked in 2013.
