It baffles me why a farmer would buy a current CaseIH or New holland product. These companies are owned by FIAT (who the US government gave Chrysler to), CNH products are higher priced than green, don't have the re-sale value, and don't have as good a dealer organziation for the after sales support of the green boys. i grew up on the old IH products and they were pretty good products (didn'ty stay as up to date as green) but the gap has widened greatly over the past 10 to 15 years, especially when the Italians got involved. how many remember the fiasco when FIAT bought Hesston and ran that company into the ground????


Current FIAT management is taking as much money as they can out of CNH to try to make the auto segment work (in other words, throwing money down the rathole)
