The CEO and the employees drive down the value of this stock by sucking the system too much. Much beyond what they really could afford.
"Due to the effect of expensing employee stock options under SFAS 123R starting in October 2006, the Company recorded $393,000 and $223,000 of stock based compensation in fiscal years 2008 and 2007, respectively." Until they all can turn this company into a profitable business, they should avoid those "compensations". They don't deserve it. Rating :
