I just posted an article (instant blog) on seeking alpha - waiting to get published.

I am not just talking about CNA today, but buying. $21 is way to cheap.

I plan on holding this through next hurricane season, and then revisiting. Assuming reasonable cats throughout the year, this may hit $40 book value. How long can the stock trade in the $20's.

The major reason that CNA doesn't move is that Loews owns 90%, and I believe there are less than 500 shareholders of CNA (but don't hold me to that). Either way, it doesn't trade a lot.

I know the reason why they don't - but if I were the Tisches I would buy the other 10% of this cheap asset. It would be accretive for sure.
