All we can do is guess....but its probably not financially wise to junk all the old vehicles along with a system that CMTL can easily upgrade and would be compatible with upgraded systems in the new vehicles. Plus think of all the additional training that would be necessary with a new vendor and unfamiliar system. Just logical.
