Scottrade and Yahoo historical price both say 55 cents. But the main quote says 53 cents and I got 53 cents per share in my brokerage account. Anyone know why the discrepency? I'd imagine it's some kind of withholding but I'm not sure what kind (custodial fee from the bank holding ADR or taxes withheld?)
