First post...although I have read for a while.

My biggest gripe with SAP, or more specifically, the way it has been implemented, is that the business and its processes have had to be modified to use the software, and not the other way around. CMC One is a great concept, but we are all in different businesses in different markets with different customers.

Come on Sr Mgmt....use an ERP system to manage reporting, but let the talented, educated, EXPERIENCED people who are on the front lines do what they do to make CMC the company it has been, and hopefully will be again someday.
