Mgt has been very good about managing losses by selling securities gains [$107 million in 3rd qtr, $233 YTD] but state in 3rd qtr earnings that this will not be the case in 4th qtr, hence they are hopefully planning a lower loss rate provision to offset, if not then a loss 0f approx 50 cents a share for 4th qtr. Possibly they intend to repay tarp prior to year end also. I would think profit for all of 2010 with div possibly increasing in 2nd half of year. Old bankers opion for what its worth.
