if this company is cooking the books? Seems kind of fishy that a non-profitable not really positive cash flow company can pay a 12% dividend.

I am not acusing them of anything, it just smells rotten. May be a perfectly sound explanation, I sure would like to hear it.

Also wondering if there are any short sellers on the Board, man does this thing looks overvalued!
