I have thought about your post and it has opened my eyes. For a long time I've been critical of CINF and their business strategy. It turns out that strategy is not the root of their problems. I should have known.

After all, the main airport that serves their HQ is in Kentucky and HQ is only a short drive from West Virginia. You revealed the real issue…INBREEDING.

I never noticed. I’ve been to CINF HQ, but I didn’t focus on the genetic oddities of their employee base. I’ll be more observant now.
