Preliminary Injunction will kick this case into hyper speed. All defendants already know the validity and strength of the Lectec patents. They have done all the prior art searches, validity, etc and the best they came up with is some foreign Zerbe patent that was not included in the re-exam. This is the best they could do after spending probably $50k on the process. They have a weak case which will be highlighted by the Preliminary Injunction briefs and discovery. The judge said "Looks pretty straight forward" and after reading Lectec's Preliminary Injunction brief it will get even more straight forward. I bet the defendants do not have the swagger to file the response on the briefs only, but demand a hearing to explain it. Radar has a tremendous amount of confidence to file this on the briefs only. They feel that the judge is smart enough and that the papers are pretty straight forward, that a hearing is not needed. That is confidence...the longer this goes on the momentum will pick up in are favor and as they say " The train is leaving the station".. and sorry defendants you can't get off because we are headed to JURY TRIAL CITY..."All Aboard"...... This will be fun
