I do not see anyone picking up the shares and upping their stakes. Therefore, without a buy out offer, or some major annoucement of great news, our shares will have a price cap at around $4.25 because Romesh will sell, and the market can not absorb the shares without going down.

So why is he selling? Thoughts?
