My hopes for Guy Marge are not particulary high in light that he was appointed to the Board in August 2002...and boy the stock has done great..hasn't it!! In addition he was on the compensation committee, the very same one that rubber stamped Bill Channell Jrs' rediculous employment agreements. So, now we have a person, whose company made/makes a product that was/is sold in conjunction with Channell products..cozy! To top that off, Guy Marge will make at a minimum $500K plus 20% in bonus plus perks! Nice job eh..so the company has split off the president job from Jr. and has gone from a base salary of over $800K to now having an additional bloated salary on a company that is a penny stock. I would have been more impressed if Bill Channell Jr. would have taken a cut in salary or resigned! Fat Chance!
