I didn't mistype on FG, CDI almost botched it at the last minute during a dinner btw Bryan & Tom. McAlpine swooped in when Pegram fell by the wayside and Bryan spoke with Jim on the phone while at dinner and it turned into a mini-auction but from what I heard, it didn't last long. Jim and Tom were alleged enemies which they weren't, their companies were which was one of the other things that killed MEC. They could have done the old divide and conquer as was done in S Africa where the business thrives.
