Sorry to hear that...if you read the charts those you would have seen that this stock was trading in a tight range and strong support...ie it wasn't going much lower and with a full calendar of pharma news it was bound for a pop and back into the $60's which is coming soon and we discussed this prospect after earnings...
The problem with stocks like this which are basically strongly supported at certain levels is that they are solid investments especially at this price level...sometimes they move in contrast to the market so when the market is up this stock might be down more than not as people move money out of safer low volatility into the high beta "hot trade" of the day.
I would suggest that you buy and hold options instead...I notice a very large volume of $65 calls for Nov expiration...since I still have my $60 calls, I am very excited that there is so much confidence that CEPH might get above $65 or that the $65 options are going to make some premium as they certainly aren't pricey enough to sell short at 15c to 20c.
I am flat on my $60's due to the action prior to today...after reviewing the chart the candle looks neutral to slightly bullish, tomorrow will be the day for follow through trade to break out of this tight consolidation range.
