I hold both, CTFO and CPBY, I find both have good growth potential, although ctfo is currently evaluated higher than cpby, cpby is a little safer due to mostly gov't contracts as revenue. I recently picked up CSR also same sector but half the PE ratio, and future earnings are tremendous.
