No one in the current crew, that is for sure.

We are drowning in debt so they are hanging out the dollar to dry by keeping interest rates at zero for so long. The dollar is going to shrink considerably more before this is done. The gold market which is relatively tiny compared the equity, bond and cash markets will move up considerably as assets are shifted out of those larger markets. Gold is not going up because we have inflation or deflation. It is going up because the supply is limited and an increasing number of investors are becoming suspect of both fiat currencies and other investment classes. See below references.
