As a former customer and employee of CEC I can honestly say that they are not a company headed in the right direction at this time. Home of the most mediocre Pizza at the most ridiculous price. Who is going to spend 39.99 for a large pizza with four fountain sodas and 100 tokens in this day and economic age. The games are always broken. The tokens earn you pennies on the dollar in merchandise. Ten dollars in tokens will net your child on average a lolly pop and a laffy taffy plus a 2 inch plastic spider. Total value less than 50 cents retail and 10 cents wholesale. It's embarassing to squeeze your customers for every dollar they have to spend but thats the company goal.Sell everybody everything . You feel like a Used car salesman selling the car without the engine for new car prices . People are catching on and when money means something like it does now only sloppy spenders and fools are going to Chuckie Cheese to " waste" their cash. The company is so disorganized and top heavy with over paid executives its a shame. Im glad to be out of the mahem and high pressure sales enviornment filled with cost cutting policies that is a Chuckie Cheese. Investor's beware, customer's keep your hands on your wallets, employees keep your resumes handy. Good luck to all involved.
