Many on this Message Board have suspected for some time that the stock trading pattern of CCUR over the years was suspicious. I note the resignation of Board member Panu and the following report from the web:
The SEC complaint says that in 2008, Galleon had "regular inside information about PeopleSupport because Galleon was a 25 percent owner of the company and because a managing director of Galleon served on PeopleSupport's board of directors." The U.S. attorney said Rajaratnam obtained inside information from a Galleon board member it called the "Galleon Designee.''

Panu is described as the "Galleon Designee" in public filings by PeopleSupport. Panu was the only person who was a managing director of Galleon who served on PeopleSupport's board at that time."

Ought not the Board of CCUR investigate this odd traiding pattern to determine whether the incessant shorting at just the right time may not have been an accident?
