Encore put out an 8K announced the settlement of the dispute with CCRT. CCRT has made no announcement. But basically the settlement was Encore buying a large portfolio of charged off receivables from CCRT at "commercially reasonable terms" and a resumption of the forward flow agreement. It seems CCRT gave up the previously beneficial economics of the original forward flow agreement for liquidity in terms of selling an asset today and continuing to sell charged off receivables going forward. Those that alleged CCRT would have a liability for this dispute have been proven wrong, again. I hope CCRt is using the proceeds to repurchase bonds.
